i hate it when you say my last name
call me when you understand
i got real high and then slept today
you are too clean to understand
remember when we hung out last may
you were so drunk you held my hand
kiss my neck and call me sandy
i'm scared that you won't understand
i dont want you in my dreams
i know why it doesnt seem like
you feel like you used to be
real
my skin feels like its starting to rot
unmarked pills is what shes got
brisk iced tea and bacardi on your shoes
its a race that you cant lose
i dont want her my dreams
she will make it clear to me
cus she knows what she wants to be
dead
she wants, to leave
so let her breathe
come on with me
ill set you free
we are ugly
what its like to be
tell me, please
When I was trying to find new music in 2017 I came across "Teen Suicide". Teen Suicide's music was always on my headphones, whether it was at school, or going out for a night drive. Their music being so relatable and melancholy but also very upbeat was something that I needed, especially since I listen to a lot of slow paced soft music. vampswag
this album was there when i was at my very lowest. these days listening to it feels strangely hopeful, but also bittersweet, because i miss my friends. i miss them dearly. fogopolis
Introspective, homespun folk tunes from John Donne that feel informed by the sugary bleakness of '80s and '90s indie pop. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 1, 2023
”Seawheel Acoustic” delivers captivating melodies and heartfelt lyrics in songs that are equal parts soothing and enchanting. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 10, 2023
This album is pretty sweet. One might even say that it's pretty rad.
I love everything about this record, the atmosphere created here is almost tangible. womu/ash/nrwn
